Characteristics
Intense ruby red color with maroon glare a nd hint of wild berries. It tastes pleasant with good tannicity,
It has a good structure, warm and enveloping heat .

Meals of meal and plate of soil, to taste with lardo di colonnata, boar, and medium ripening cheese.
